Two vessels were delivered and one was named by CHI (Yangzhou)

From April 6 to 7, 82,000 DWT bulk carrier "YASA SAPPHIRE" and "MV ANDREASJR" built by CHI (Yangzhou) were delivered, and "MV NINAPETRAKIS" was named and started sea trial.

On the morning of April 6, the closing vessel "YASA SAPPHIRE", one of the two 82,000 DWT bulk carriers built by CHI (Yangzhou) for Yasa Holding S.A., was successfully signed in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province by video. The delivery was completed nearly two months ahead of schedule.

On the morning of April 7, MV ANDREASJR, the first of three 82,000 DWT bulk carriers built by CHI (Yangzhou) for Iolcos Hellenic, was successfully signed in Changxing, Shanghai, completing delivery 38 days ahead of schedule. The second vessel of the series, MV NINAPETRAKIS, was named in Yangzhou in the afternoon of April 6 and commenced sea trials the following day.

The three 82,000 DWT bulk carriers delivered and named this time are the leading products of CHI (Yangzhou). The company has successfully delivered 9 vessels of the same type and has 20 vessels on order. This series of vessels is the fourth generation of 82,000 dwt bulk carriers, with an L*B*D size of 229m*32.26m*20.35m, a structural draft of 14.5 meters and a design draft speed of 14 knots. This series of vessels is registered by LR and can meet the requirements of both Panama Canals.
